The me&thee coffeehouse hosts the North Shore’s original acoustic music series at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Marblehead. We are located off Rt. 114 at 28 Mugford Street in Marblehead. Here are directions and an interactive map >
The coffeehouse is a smoke-free environment with a handicapped accessible entrance and bathrooms. We have been a volunteer, non-profit organization since 1970, with no paid staff members. We are sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Church of Marblehead.
When we’re open
The me&thee is open most Friday evenings in the Fall, Winter and Spring from 7:30 pm until 11:00 pm. The first set of music begins at 8:00 pm and the second set generally around 9:30. We serve a varied menu of teas, coffees, cider, and an assortment of tasty desserts.
24 Hour info line: (781) 631-8987
We offer guaranteed seating with advance sales tickets, but please note that this does not mean reserved seating, simply that we will hold a seat for each ticket holder. For a popular artist, it’s best to come half an hour early and get in line. Doors open at 7:30, so you’ll have half an hour to enjoy refreshments.
You can save money by ordering tickets online through Brown Paper Tickets. On each concert page and on the concert schedule you’ll see a Brown Paper Ticket link that will take you to a secure order form. Note that we do not mail tickets. We hold them at the door, so check in when you arrive for the show. All ticket sales are final.
You can also buy tickets at these fine establishments:
In Marblehead: Arnould Gallery, 111 Washington Street, and Spirit of ’76 Bookstore, 107 Pleasant Street, until noon the day of the event. A small service charge may be added to the price of each ticket. Tickets are also on sale at the me&thee at every performance.
Typical door charges are $12.00–$25.00. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Seniors (with ID): $3.00 off. (Seniors ordering online will get their discount at the door.)
Student tickets for the vast majority of concerts are only $10! You can order those online, too.

The Landing will be closed for repairs in early 2018.
The me&thee books six to twelve months out. We get requests from artists far and wide who want to play at our storied coffeehouse. In the best of all possible worlds, we prefer to see acts play live before booking them.
